Helpful Information

Bookings

  • Please email info@jerseyshoreflowerwalls.com or visit our contact page for a quote for your event.

  • To secure your desired booking date we require a 50% deposit at time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due 4 weeks prior your scheduled event date.

  • Booking at least one year in advanced is highly recommended!

  • Reminder that once we take a deposit, your date is secured for your event. All other clients have been denied your specific date and time. For that reason all payments made are non-refundable.

Delivery & Set Up

  • Flower Walls will be delivered 1 hour before scheduled event.

  • All bookings will have a minimum $35 delivery fee.

  • Jersey Shore Flowers Walls is based out of Monmouth County, NJ. Although we primarily service customers located up and down the Jersey Shore, our main area of focus is Monmouth and Ocean County. Events outside this territory could be subject to an higher delivery fee.

  • All deliveries are made at specific times that work for the venue as well as our schedule. Pick up times are promptly when your contracted time is scheduled to end. This is out of our control as venues have strict rules and schedules to abide by. 

Rules

  • Customers are NOT permitted to move any flower walls or signs from where employees place the wall. If you want the wall moved we must be notified prior to the event. Once an event starts, the wall will remain where it was placed unless otherwise discussed. 

  • Set ups on grass are not recommended as we need a level surface. If it rained within 3 days of your event, grass set ups are not permitted as soft ground is unsafe. 

  • Rentals are designed for indoor use. If setting up outdoors we ask not to be placed in direct sunlight. If there is a chance of rain, all flower walls must be under a tent no exceptions. 

  • Signs can be added to the flower walls at an additional charge. No one but Jersey Shore Flower Wall Staff is permitted to hang things from our walls. 

  • In the event of a cancellation, customers will be charged with a 25% fee incurred from the total cost of your rental NOT including the deposit if cancelation is received less then 72 hours before your scheduled event. 

  • In the event damages or a total loss, client will be held financially responsible for value of the equipment. This information can be found in your contract.
